Present I’m working as a technical author in the bio-oil business but until November last year I was a Personal Assistant to the Incident-, Change- and Problem Manager at IBM’s Storage department located in Amsterdam.
Because of my experience as a single point of contact for various departments and for several major international companies (IBM, Hewlett Packard and ABN AMRO) I’m used to efficiently manage various administrative tasks, I’m able to a swift switch of tasks that need my attention, maintain the overview and think in solutions, not in problems. I always assess specific interests and will always prioritize the various activities when needed.
In my role as PA I’m able to communicate on different levels within a company: end users, clients, project managers, technicians, service desks and MT all need a different approach, which makes me well informed most of the time. One of my tasks...
