Over Nieke
All my life I have worked in international environments, hence I am familiar with various languages and skilled in translating. In university I successfully attended courses on international politics and diplomacy, in which I strengthened my communication and writing skills. In studying anthropology, I gained knowledge of the nature of languages and obstacles in translating one to the other. I believe languages are not merely different translations, but cultural realities that therefor demand cultural sensitivity when translated to another.
I am a native Dutch and English speaker, experienced in professional tutoring and translating.
