Accounting and tax filing of the company

I hope someone can help me handle the accounting and tax declaration matters of the company on a part-time basis. I am a Chinese national and I hold shares in a company in the Netherlands. Currently, no sales business has been carried out. Therefore, the accounting and tax declaration work is relatively simple. The salary can be settled quarterly or annually.
