We are looking for an Application Manager for our customer in Amsterdam.
He or she has experience with the Triple’A banking software suite. As an Application Manager you are working in the business organisation and you are handling communication with the ICT department.
You are:
• Handling operational incidents in the business and the coordination with ICT.
• Analyzing user and business requirements and translate these to functional specifications.
• Analyzing the application systems environment and formulate improvements.
• Delivering second line support in the solution of issues
• Compose test specifications and execute and manage functional and acceptance testing.
• Conduct –release- implementations.
• Manage –user- documentation.
Skills needed:
• Experience with the Triple’A banking software suite.
• You have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills (the ability to converse with, enthuse and influence peers and superiors).
