Business Analyst ITN Cleva

General Summary
 
The purpose of the role is to facilitate and support the successful local business requirements gathering, translate them into system implementation specifications and follow-up & support the implementation of ITN Cleva system within EMEA countries.
 
Responsibilities
 
* Researches, assesses, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs for the project
* Recommends business solutions within the context of the ITN Cleva solution that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs
* Prepares requirements specification documentation, including detailed use case specifications, non functional requirements specs, business processes, and interface specifications

Requirements
 
Essential
 
* Demonstrate evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
* Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems Specifically, in depth understanding of the ITN Cleva system
* Fluent in English and preferably French or Dutch.
