JOBstream is looking for a Business Analyst with focus on business processes and process flows.
Knowledge of (chain) testing is an advantage. He/she will participate in a Chain Test team.
Banking experience is a must.
The team will act within a cross-domain program to set up, prepare and run an E2E test.
Description tasks employee:
- Describe processes for the organization.
- Creating templates and charts.
- Prepare products and presentations.
- Support the Transformation manager.
General knowledge/experience:
- Experience with banking, set up organizations and set up processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL3 and Prince2 processes.
- Experience with shared service centers.
- Experience with Chain Testing is preferable.
Technical knowledge/experience:
- ITIL3.
- Prince2.
- Testing.
- TMap, TMap Next.
- Chain Testing.
Personal features:
- Flexible.
- Communication experience on several levels.
- Open and clear communication.
Languages: English, Dutch.
Other demands: Result driven, work under pressure.
