We are looking for a Business Services Supporter.
Main Tasks:
Support on test environment:
- Troubleshooting (both Mainframe and Unix Applications)
- Handling support desk actions
- JCL programming
- OPC/TWS support
- Solve incidents
- Report about the availability of test environments
Project Support:
- Data transfer
- Data selection
- Review Master Test Plan
Acceptance:
- secure operational aspects
- give go / no go advice for implementation
Required skills:
- Mainframe experience in a complex environment
- Experience using IMS, DB2, MQ, OPC, JCL, SMILE (Service centre)
- Good communications skills , both speaking and writing English
- Pro-active
- To be able to work under the pressure and tight schedules
- Willing to work from time to time outside the official working hours
- Willing to work in stand by shifts
- Flexible team player
Nice to have skills:
- UNIX (USS Mainframe) skills and experience
- Experience with Websphere applications (back-office applications)
- Experience with REXX and or Easytrieve
- Experience with FTP, Connect:Direct
- Knowledge of Test methodology
- Knowledge of the ABN AMRO Bank
- Dutch, both speaking and writing
- Microsoft Windows
- ITIL concepts
