JOBstream is looking for a Business Services Supporter.
Extensive description of the role and responsibilities involved:
- Acceptance: Acceptance of systems/applications. This consists of reviewing the components/ documents within a project throughout the stages “functional design” and “technical design”; Of delivering non functional requirements and of performing the implementation.
- Maintenance: To maintain and improve the quality of multiple systems based on the conditions mentioned in the SLA.
- Solving: Resolving errors and answering questions from the business about the installed systems (Stand by, incident resolution, executing business requests, etc.).
- Reviewing test results and testing play a key role in all the above mentioned activities.
