Wij zoeken naar een Designer Video Solutions.
Werkzaamheden:
The "designer video solutions" is responsible for the design of both IPTV service platform as a whole and the subsystems that it comprises. These (sub)systems are (usually) composed out of rack servers running either Linux or Windows Server operating systems and offer specific functionalities (e.g. video streaming or content encryption) to the IPTV service platform.
Functie-eisen:
1. 4+ years of experience in a similar position
2. Result oriented
3. Strong analytic / problem solving skills
4. Relevant finished BSc / HBO (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering)
5. Demonstrable strong documentation skills & affinity
6. Solid understanding of it systems and systems integration
7. Solid understanding of networking
8. Working knowledge of linux (redhat) and microsoft (server 2008) operating systems
9. Working programming and scripting knowledge
10. Working understanding of software engineering processes
11. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (English=must, Dutch=pre)
12. Strong motivation with the ability to work both independently and in a (multi)team environment
