The developer, which will implement and maintain the VAST Player product will need to match the following skills and requirements.
AS3 (profound knowledge) / required: Adobe Flash Builder
ExternalInterface
Video & Display
Flex (basics)
OSMF (basics)
(X)HTML up to HTML5 (profound knowledge)
CSS up to CSS3 (basics)
JavaScript (profound knowledge)
Web Video (profound knowledge)
Web / Mobile -browser based knowledge on poss. video formats
MP4 (H.264), FLV (H.263), WebM (VP8), HLS, RTMP(*)
XML / XSD Schema (profound knowledge)
Software engineering (profound knowledge)
VAST Digital Video Ad Serving Template (basics)
English (good), German (desirable)
The developer must be able to take complex tasks fast and reliable.
Its desirable, that the developer has good knowledge on OpenSource video-player solutions and advertising, and is able to show off former build application examples via GITHub or the like.
The developer will need a Skype Account.
