Dear freelancers,
We wish to deploy a simple video and chat application so that our customer service agents can see callers face to face by clicking a link on our website and entering an access code. We are going to use Adobe Flash Player and Wowza Media Server. We wish to develop this application ourselves, but are looking for a kick start from an experienced Flash developer. We want him or her to take the two Wowza example programs called "TextChat" and "VideoChat" -- see (http://www.wowza.com/forums/content.php?3-quick-start-guide) -- and integrate them into an attractive screen which receives the access code as a parameter. We would like the developer to explain his work to our chief engineer (in English or Dutch) and, if there is a good click, take part in the development project.
