We are searching for Hunter/Sales Manager in the Netherlands – Flexible, Commission-Based Role

Your Key Mission:
- Represent the company with confidence and professionalism
- Identify and connect with new partners (basically find companies, farms, factories or plants that need employees and connect them with us, we will provide the needed quantity of employees on time and according to the company's requirements, you get your commission from every employed worker).
What We're Looking For:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent English (B2+) and fluency in Dutch
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Country Manager is a plus
- Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivation, time management, and a results-driven mindset
- Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail
