JOBstream is met spoed op zoek naar een ICT Specialist/Senior Support coordinator.
Your Function:
You advise users of specific Tooling and the Development LAN (DevLAN) within in the IS&D Business Lines. You are the contact person within IS&D for IT Infrastructure (ITI) in issues regarding the Development LAN, like upgrading or patching DevLan workstations, co-ordination and communication of the IS&D Utrecht DevLAN changes with the business lines etc. Together with ITI Desktop Support and developers in DevLAN, you test new releases or SMS packages before roll-out into production (Java, MS Office, etc).
The Senior Support coordinator advises developers in following the right procedure (ORS) for the installation of (new) software, to create new DevLAN accounts and access to departmental data. It also offers technical support on the IS&D Tools (Rational RequisitePro, Quality Center, QuickTest Professional and Confluence). On a monthly base the Senior Support coordinator checks with ITI Contract Management if there are sufficient licenses for the software installed on DevLAN. For developers, the Senior Support Coordinator is the contact person in the direction of ITI Utrecht and ITI London.
Your profile:
You have a positive, pro-active attitude and can communicate easy. You have excellent communication skills and have a hands-on mentality. And you are used to work in a dynamic environment where workload diverges. Besides good ‘soft skills' you have excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and Tooling. You are used to work in a project structure.
Knowledge and Experience:
-Minimum 5 years experience in the Support or Application management domain.
-Knowledge of general IT infrastructures and systems.
-Knowledge of Tooling in the Service Management and Development domain.
-Knowledge of reference models (ASL, ITIL etc.).
-Knowledge of Prince2.
Skills and Personality:
-Excellent communication skills are present and improvement approaches.
-Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, both verbal and in written language.
-Hands-on practical individual with good inter-personal skills.
