•Tools: Select Enterprise, Toad, IBM Rad 7, Subversion, OptimiseIt, Jprobe.
Experience:
•5 years OO development both on the front end (Web) and back end (Database) side, using design patterns.
•5 years JAVA/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, some EJB).
•Knowledge of STRUTS and some Spring.
•Some Experience with Rich Client Interface (Ajax, Dojo, javascript/CSS).
•SQL, strong practical knowledge of Hibernate and JDBC. Some Ibatis.
•Knowledge of the concepts of Component Based Development.
•Able to make a work break down structure (estimate of the work).
•Experience with Test Driven Development (JUnit, DBUnit, mockObjects).
