Looking for a Biologist / Agronomist
We seek an intrepid biologist and/or agronomist to work on innovative polyculture agriculture systems on a freelance basis. You are curious, a fast learner, good communicator, and above all, you love plants and have experience in growing things. You want to work on solutions for pressing food problems around the world.
We are a sustainability innovation company, based in Rotterdam, that combines experts from different fields to find new solutions to old problems. We’ve been working on a fundamental new approach to producing food for several years, and are in the process of setting up pilot programmes. These are in different parts of the world. We seek experienced help, for a long term collaborative engagement.
Besides the above, the following is of importance:
- Polyculture, permaculture, and/or general horticulture are your areas of expertise
- You are comfortable working as a freelancer
- Your English writing and speaking skills are decent
- You are punctual, precise and professional
- You like to work on innovative, new approaches
