Matlab Files Analyseren, Scripts Schrijven en Omzetten

Beste freelancers,

For my PhD work, I”m searching for someone who can support me in the analysis done in Matlab. The data collection is done in qtm (qualisys track manager): 3D coordinates at 200 Hz. These coordinates are send to a Matlab based software program (qHorse). This program does an automatic analysis of the basic parameters, which calculate asymmetry, range of motion or angular patterns in horse locomotion. For the research situation, we have to continue from here on, as not all parameters requested for my papers are analyzed automatically.

Partly, the Matlab scripts are already written for earlier papers, partly they have to be written. The statistics out of this analysis are now done in R..
