General knowledge/experience :
The Requirements Manager has to be able to deliver an agreed-to requirements management plan (in the stage plan), monitor and control the requirements development process and establish requirements baselines.
Technical knowledge/experience":
1.working knowledge of workplace
2.infrastructure architectures
3.insurance business applications
4.be experienced in the requirements analysis process
Personal features :
1.Be able to work in a geographically dispersed team
2.be able to capture requirements from parties (local entities) that are little movivated to participate in the ICE Readiness IT program,
3.feel at home in central European cultures.
Languages :
Fluent Dutch and English
Description:
Within the client, a program has been started to separate the Banking and Insurance activities of the client. This program is managed on various levels, one being the Business Unit level. For the IT components of the Insurance Central Europe (ICE) Business Unit, the ICE Readiness IT workstream was started to fully disentangle all of the ICE IT from the Banking side of the client (excluding all entanglement issues that are limited to a single country).
Description tasks employee:
"The Requirements Managers prime responsibility is to prepare and manage all activities for obtaining and maintaining an approved and complete set of requirements, as a sound basis for system development. In addition, he will request suppliers and team members for commitment. This includes managing change proposals in such a way that this leads to a new approved and complete set.
The activities of the Requirements Manager lie in the process Requirements Management and touch aspects within the Change Delivery Processes Requirements Development, (Programme) Contract management, Project management, Configuration management (Change level), Development and Quality Assurance."
