Role:

Experienced Program manager, Senior Project Manager
Experienced in IT (/infrastructure)
Knowledge/experience with multiple platform types in a complex environment
Experienced in Financial industry
Experience with contract management
Experience with vendor/supplier roles.
Capable to build new structures
Showing ownership
Knows to find his/her way in a complex organization


Skills:
Extensive description of the required skills
Careful communication, experience in sensitive environment.
Experienced in (infrastructure) outsourcing.
English: good
Good theoretical background in Project Management and vision
Prince2 Certification Required
Experience with Application Service management, including financial models, KPI´s etc
Proven experience in leading teams of Project managers and senior Technical Specialists
Reporting skills to Senior Management
Create win win situations
Build and maintain good relations with suppliers
Stimulate a team to results under high presure
Achieve results and driving towards end dates


Experience:
Work experience needed
Be a people manager in leading teams
Has positive impact to others (incl. the virtual team)
Ensures delivery is done on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction.
Feels energized by working in a strong operational and stressful environment.
Recent banking experience

In depth knowledge of infrastructure or application development is a great advantage
