Summary of Project:
The TPR Project started beginning of 2009.
Functionality is already live in North America (with an ‘old’ version), DACH, France, Japan, Spain and UKI, and will be roll out to the rest of the world in 2010 and 2011.
Goal of TPR is to increase the parts hit rate via a visible pop up screen requesting that certain actions are taken by the FSE prior to approval of the part being ordered. FSEs will be requested to provide the names of technical specialists that have been contacted for certain parts, this data will be collected and reported on to senior management to drive use of Tier 2 / RTAC.
TPR functionality is build in Clarify. Reporting is build in SAP BW, using data as stored in SAP R/3.
This project is set up to deliver the fourth release of TPR, further optimizing the TPR solution.
Description of Assignment:
The project is currently going into a rollout phase, all facets regarding these rollouts will need to be managed.
Deliverables:
This project needs to managed accordingly to prince2, certification in prince 2 is therefore highly appreciated.
Specific Job Characteristics:
Requirement for travelling worldwide is very likely.
Knowledge and Experience:
Consumer service, UPS, Logistics, 'parts'
At least 5 years of project manager experience is needed.
