Name of the project and (detailed) project description :
Connectivity Services Program (CSP). The CSP program enables Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) adoption within the client by delivering the required infrastructure solutions including the integration infrastructure which is based on off the shelf standards based solutions of Tibco and HP. The program is split up in two main streams of activities: 1. Technical Capabilities (this stream provides the generic utility) and 2. Business projects (this stream delivers the integration solution via business projects).
Description tasks employee:
The project manager will manage projects in the Technical Capability stream.
Tasks:
a. Create Project Brief (PB), Project Initiation Document (PID), Project Closure Document (PCD), progress reporting, management of issues, risks, change requests and exception reporting.
b. Management of the project on a daily basis.
