Job description
The Change Management team is looking for a team of BA’s to support them in ensuring efficient reporting towards the RBS NV. The role of BA will be in a dynamic environment which requires a determined and well established individual willing to take responsibility for a number of tasks and ensure complete delivery under strict deadlines.

The role will be to analyse the information within the current financial banking systems. Candidates need to have good Change and Defect Management experience with a good affinity of the IT processes behind Change Management. Finally you need to ensure that process changes are clearly indicated and defects resolved.

This role requires the candidate to be comfortable in communicating with a number of stakeholder and clients (internal and external). The candidate will act as link between a number of departments and therefore need a broad knowledge of Finance, IT and Operations. Candidates need to have good regulatory and statutory reporting experience in a Banking environment. The candidate will furthermore support the testing process.

The ideal candidate
• Good knowledge and experience in testing and Change and Defect Management
• Experience with HP Quality Centre is required
• Experience with testing, Test Plan and test Lab is required.
• Financial Reporting (Management reporting and DNB reporting) experience required and good knowledge of Financial Systems
• Good Banking experience is required. Recent RBS experience will be an advantage.
• Candidate needs to have a minimum of 5 years experience as BA in a similar environment.• The candidate will be focused, determined, eager and confident.
• Willing and able to work in a team environment.
• Pro-active and able to deal with priorities and a high paced working environment.
• Candidate needs to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Candidates need to have good knowledge and experience with Axiom, Hyperion, Cartesis, SAP, and Score Ledger.

NB: We are looking to hire three BA's that has worked as a team before. Preference goes out to a team with previous working experience on the same project but if that is not possible we will look at three individual BA's who's skills will complement each other. `
