Background & Objectives:
The objective of the myRequest is to enable globally unified RM-F processes for staff, including Joint Ventures and Bundled Suppliers, as defined in the AS-IS environment, including integration and operation with all associated sub processes. e.g.; fulfillment, service level management.
The project will replace the current request management and fulfillment environment with a single Top Quartile solution consisting of processes, tools, data and people and to build the platform for adding the remaining areas, predominantly application support.
The request consultant will fulfill solution architecture role for the project.


Scope:
Responsibilities of role include researching, developing (as necessary), documenting, and delivering:
- functional/non-functional requirements
- solution architecture and high-level design
- detailed solution design with traceability to the stated requirements
Consultant will provide PDF (or similarly suitable) documentation and represent the project in architectural and supportability assurance reviews.
