Technical Specialist / Engineer ITI (B)

JOBstream is looking for a Technical Specialist / Engineer ITI (B).

Your primary responsibility will be supporting Global Financial Markets (GFM) traders across a broad range of IT services. You will also be the first contact for Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic and database support issues on the Trading Room in Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Candidate profile
You will have experience of a Trading Room environment. Other technical skills essential to the role include:

Expert/in-depth knowledge of:
- Excel to macro Level and Visual Basic
- PC/Hardware/Peripherals
- Database technologies
- SCCM, System Management Software

Knowledge of:
- Trading Room infrastructure environment
- Audio-Visual equipment
- MS Office suite, in particular current desktop operating system version

Preferable:
- Reuters Dealing 3000, 3000Xtra, RMDS (including DACS)
- Broker systems (e.g. Swiskey Execution, Tradeweb)
- Bloomberg (Open and Anywhere and related Excel Add-Ins),
- Server-based applications (Citrix, Terminal Server)
