Test Manager Job Description We need a TM to set up and manage the structured testing For HR specific tools and information systems. Business Knowlegde Expert test Manager with significant experience in setting up and managing structured testing, with a good focus on delivery in a complex environment and immature in terms of testing. He/she has experience with peoplesoft and HR (software) related knowledge/experience. Understanding of ABN AMRO’s business strategy and strategic issues. Deep practical understanding of test management tools, standards, and processes. Broad understanding of the banking sector and current trends. Organizational sensitivity. Experienced in ABNAMRO environment as TM. IT Skills • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes and Project planning and tracking tools. • Knowledge of test tools and applications relevant to the job. • Knowledge of Development methods (DSDM) and Quality Systems (on CMM level 2+). • Knowledge of Test methods. Behavioural characteristics / Soft skills Strong relationship building and management skills. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
