Wij zoeken naar een Wintel 2nd line Support
As a 2nd line support you are responsible for:
Solving 3rd line support incidents
Monitoring all Wintel systems
Taking actions to prevent incidents
Checking Projects on supportability
Develop support and check up scripts
Make Performance and Capacity reports
Skills:
ITIL Foundation Certificate
Windows 2000 + 2003 + 2008 MSCE certified
Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server + Microsoft Terminal Server.
Network knowledge – TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP
Good Documentation Skills
Good communications skills, language: English
Knowledge of VBscript, command line scripting
No 9 to 5 mentality
Interest in solving incidents
Tivoli knowledge
Microsoft SQL knowledge
Citrix and Xen server certification/ experience
Knowledge of vmware virtualization
Working with ITIL Processes
Knowledge of the SMS tooling
Analyze Problems/Situations
Experience: Work experience needed
ITIL usage and process support
Experience in a complex maintenance organisation
More then 5 years relevant experience in operational managment
Experience in solving 2nd line support incidents
Experience in resolving maintenance improvements
