Installing and configuring ESX VMWare servers
Taking actions to prevent incidents
Checking installations on supportability and compliancy Develop support and check up scripts Installing applications by use of install scripts

Skills:
ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Windows 2003 or2008 MSCE certified
- Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server + Microsoft Terminal Server.
- Network knowledge ? TCP/IP; WINS; DNS; DHCP Citrix and Xen server certification/ experience
- Good communications skills; language: - English
- Knowledge of VBscript; command line scripting
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Interest in solving incidents
- IBM Director knowledge
- Microsoft SQL knowledge
- Working with IT Processes
- Analyze Problems/Situations
Experience:
- ITIL usage and process support
- Experience in a complex maintenance organisation
- More then 5 years relevant experience in operational managment
- Experience in solving 3rd line support incidents
- Experience in resolving maintenance improvements
